WHAT IS A STAR MAP?
A star map is an illustration of constellations, planets, and distant stars seen above in the sky day or night.
The alignment of all is unique to a given time, day, month, year and location
DO YOU CUSTOMIZE DIFFERENTÂ DESIGNS?
We are open to new designs! However please be patient with us as we work with you. We will require extra days to get it right for you (not more than 2 days). New designs inspire us to create new collections.
ARE YOU ARTWORKS TABLE TOP OR WALL HUNG
All artworks are wall hung however you can simply place it against a wall at your desk or console. Totally up to you!
CAN YOU GIFT WRAP MY ITEM?
Yes! Just drop us an email or a note at checkout and we will sort it out for you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Since its a custom piece we cannot accept returns after the draft is approved as the item is already printed and framed. We cannot reuse the item as its unique to you!
HOW SOON CAN I GET MY STAR MAP?
We require at least 3 days notice to have it designed and printed prior to delivery.
WHAT IF I RECIEVE A DAMAGED MAP?
We bubble wrap all our artworks to ensure they do not get damaged during delivery. However please inform us same day of delivery so we can have the item replaced immediately.
